I’m a urban sketcher, painter and visual storyteller and I love to use ink and watercolor to record the world around me.

I used to draw when i was a kid, but I came back to it only later in life after a career in visual effects for the film industry. What started as a childhood passion eventually became a way to reconnect with the world in a more personal and immediate way.

I love to immerse myself in the culture and atmosphere of a place. For me, sketching is more than just capturing what I see, it is a way to record a memory, the mood, the vibe, the smells, the sounds, the temperature. Things that a photo can't quite hold.

I try to enrich each drawing with as much story elements as I can, layering in context and details to recreate the full picture of a moment. Sketching, for me, is both exploration and preservation.
